This 2-bedroom house boat, which is moored on the Island of Lindwerder, in Stieglitz-Zehlendorf is stylishly furnished and offers a unique living experience. The boat has beautiful polished wooden floors, a spacious open plan kitchen and living area, and 1 complete bathroom. The 74 m² floating apartment has beautiful furnished decks, and to top it all off, there is a sauna.
The apartment is located on the Island of Lindwerder, which is in the Stieglitz-Zehlendorf area of Berlin. Found to the south west of the city centre, this upper-class residential area offers a picturesque and tranquil spot outside the hustle and bustle of big city life. There are plenty of shops, great restaurants, bars and cafes within reach, as well as a bus stop to help get you around town.

- There is a fireplace to help keep you warm.
- The kitchen is well equipped to cook.
- The river is your backyard, and you can go for a swim whenever the weather is good!
- The terrace is beautifully furnished and offers is the perfect spot to enjoy dinner or afternoon drinks.
- You also have access to a rubber boat to cruise down the river.
