This 1-bedroom apartment has elegant and minimalist decor. The kitchen is modern and spacious. It comes equipped with an oven and a brand new fridge. You also have the dining table in this space where you can have your delicious meals. The living room has a comfortable sofa facing the large TV. It also leads the way to the balcony of the apartment. Here, you can enjoy in the beautiful view whilst lying in the comfortable chairs. The whole area is also furnished with beautiful wooden floor.
The apartment is located in a very green area. You have several parks nearby such as Park Ruhwald, which is located only 10 minutes away by walk. You can also go to the Olympiastadion Berlin, which is a large stadium with rich history. Now they also host several concerts by famous artists such as Rolling stones and Beyonce! This area located 20 minutes, by bus and has other attractions such as the Berlin Olympic park close by. You can also visit the beautiful Charlottenburg Palace in 15 minutes, by bus.

- The location is great as it is surrounded by parks and very close to the bus station.
