Variable rent price
- Advertised price: this applies only to stays of at least 12 months
- Stays of less than 6 months: the rent price will be 20% higher than the indicated price
- Stays of between 6 and 12 months: the rent price will be 10% higher than the indicated price
- The indicated price applies to stays of at least 12 months
15-day payment policy
- If you move in between the 1st and the 15th of the month, you will need to pay for the whole month
- If you move in between the 16th and the 31st of the month, you will need to pay for half of the month
- The same policy applies for check-out
Early departure
- If applicable, for stays of less than 12 months, early departure is not permitted. If you need to check out before expected, you must pay the rent for the remaining months of your contract. For example: for a booking of 6 months, if you check out after 4 months, you will still be required to pay the remaining 2 months of rent.
- If applicable, for stays of over 12 months, early departure is permitted according to contract conditions. Cancellation fee: €67
