A sophisticated 1-bedroom apartment is to rent in Berlin's Schöneberg neighbourhood. The 81 m² property is almost palatial; with high ceilings, antique furniture and enormous rooms. The apartment has a very spacious living room, decorated with a combination of modern and vintage furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has plenty of worktop surfaces for meal preparation.
The apartment is located on Luitpoldstraße which is in the central Schöneberg area. The local neighbourhood is hip and trendy - just what you'd expect from Berlin! There is plenty to do in the area which is home to several bars, cafes, restaurants and markets. To reach other parts of the city, just walk 8 minutes to Nollendorfplatz U-Bahn station.
