Spotahome's opinion
This beautiful apartment is spacious, bright and welcoming. The 56 m², 1-bedroom property is warmly decorated and has wooden floors stained a rich, deep colour throughout. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and includes a big dining table by the window. The bedroom is the biggest room in the apartment, and it comes with a dressing room, which is pretty big in itself! We love this apartment and we're certain that you will too.
You can walk to Alexanderplatz in about 25 minutes. You can relax in Volkspark am Weinbergsweg just a few minute's walk away. There's a REWE supermarket just around the corner. Katz Orange, a very popular organic restaurant, is next door. Perhaps it would be easier to tell you what isn't nearby? Tempelhofer Feld, Berlin's largest park, isn't nearby. But you can take the U-bahn directly to it. This is a good place to live. A really good place.
What we liked the most
- You will have a gas oven and stove. (Far superior to electric – just ask a chef!)
- We love the bedroom. It's spacious, bright, welcoming, and has a great big painting of a beach on one wall.
- Beer lover? Try out BrewDog Berlin Mitte, just around the corner. Innovative craft beer from Scotland – it's great.
- We don't want to oversell the location, but it really is great. Wander down to Museumsinsel for some educational activities. It's less than 20 minutes walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Unfortunately, the piano in the bedroom belongs to the landlady and she will take it with her when she moves out. You could always bring your own though!
