A beautiful 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Zehlendorf, Berlin. The living area is bright and well lit with natural light thanks to 2 large windows that open up onto a balcony. The balcony has a seating area, so you can eat outside in the warm summer months without having to leave the house. There is plenty of seating area in the living area, which is great for hosting guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of modern appliances, so if you like to cook, this is a great place for you.

This property is located on Mörchinger Straße in Berlin's Zehlendorf district. This location is ideal for students studying in the Freie Universität, as the property is only a 20-minute walk from the university. From the property you can travel to central Berlin in under 45 minutes on public transport, however everything such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are also in the surrounding area.
