This 1-bedroom apartment located on Zähringerstraße in Wilmersdorf boasts a 45 m² footprint which includes 1 bedroom, a study, a large kitchen and 1 bathroom. It has everything you need to move in and get settled, including a microwave and washing machine.
Located in picturesque Wilmersdorf, you will find several cultural attractions close by, including the Berlin Zoo which is only a 20-minute bus ride away. You will also find Preussen Park only a 10-minute walk from your front door, as well as a supermarket.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment for you belongings.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the cooler months.
- The bathroom includes a shower over a bath.
- There is a TV and desk in the bedroom.
- The bedroom also includes an adjoining study area.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no dryer in the apartment so clothes will need to be dried on the rack.
- The water usage included in the rent would only cover showering, and won’t be enough if the tenants use the bath everyday.
