This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment covers a generous 82 m² on Schillerstraße, in Charlottenburg and features an office as well as a bedroom. The bathroom and kitchen are both well-equipped with modern furnishings including washing machine, shower over bath, and oven.
This apartment is close to the Technische Universität Berlin, and is only an 11-minute walk away. There is also a shopping mall 15-minutes away by foot, while the Berlin Zoo is a little further away with a 23-minute walk from your apartment.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment.
- The large lounge will become the heart of your home.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
