This light studio apartment is very modern and minimalistic. It is the perfect living space for students or couples looking for clean, bright accommodation. Entering the apartment you'll find the main open-plan living room containing a sofa bed, desk, table and kitchen area. There is also a very lovely balcony that already has outdoor furniture ready for you. The views of the garden are spectacular! You also have a separated bathroom area plus shared laundry room in the loft for all your washing.
Erlenstraße is a quiet, modern residential street lined with apartment blocks and tall trees. High up on the 3rd floor, you're away from any traffic noise on the street. This neighbourhood is in the suburbs of Berlin but still has great transport connections to the city centre. All the amenities you need can be found in the local area. The nearest supermarket is by the Metro station, where you can also find a pharmacy and other nice places to eat. This apartment is also very close to the Botanical gardens and museum; a lovely place for a stroll.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is very light and open, it feels spacious and is full of natural light.
- The balcony is quite large and the perfect place to eat your breakfast while enjoying the view.
- There is a laundry room that you can use for washing all your clothes.
- The sofa pulls out into a very comfy bed!
