This beautiful, 2-storey apartment is available for rent in Tempelhof-Schöneberg, Berlin. On the lower floor is the spacious bedroom, complete with a double bed and 2 bedside tables. There are also floor to ceiling windows which let in lots of natural light, as well as a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a chest of drawers.

This floor also has a closet and the main bathroom. The bathroom is large and tiled with marble, and, like the bedroom, has a floor length window. There are also 2 sinks, a toilet, and a bathtub that also functions as a shower.

The top floor is equally beautiful, with a large living area that can comfortably fit 2 sofas around a coffee table, as well as a dining table and chairs. There are skylights that let in light, as well as the balcony, which is accessed through glass doors. The balcony provides outside seating an outside coffee table, making it perfect for relaxing during the summer months. The wooden kitchen is fully equipped and contains an oven and a dishwasher. Washing up just got a whole lot easier! The floor also contains a toilet which is also tiled with marble.

There are lots of things to do in the local area, including restaurants, bars, and shops. Berlin's LEGO store is under 10 minutes from the apartment! There are also parks, a language school, and a huge zoological garden with an aquarium. There is also a movie theatre and a shopping mall nearby.

What we liked the most

  • The whole apartment is really beautiful!
  • The balcony has outside seating - perfect for summer!
  • Our runner, Barbara, really loved this property!
  • The bedroom has its own TV.
  • There are 2 toilets.
  • There is free parking on the street.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator. But for an apartment like this, it's worth the climb!
