It has a very spacious living room with a large and comfortable sofa that faces a flat-screen television, as well as a dining area that can seat 2 people. The living room has plenty of storage space and shelving, and has large windows which let in lots of natural light. There is a door which leads to the balcony, giving you a view of the street below. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven as well as a 4-burner stove and plenty of cupboards. The apartment block has a shared laundry room where there is a washing machine and a dryer for you to use. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, as well as a toilet, sink, and cupboard space. The bedroom itself is compact but has a nightstand and a standalone wardrobe, as well as a large window with a view of the street.
The local area is primarily residential, meaning you will have lots of peace and quiet despite being directly in the city centre! There are several parks nearby - perfect for a Sunday afternoon stroll!
