This 60 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Charlottenburg is as chic as its neighborhood. The modern apartment is brand new with beautiful furniture and decor, modern amenities, and wood flooring. There is a semi-open plan kitchen and living room with big windows that overlook a quiet courtyard. The bedroom is quite spacious and has a big comfy bed, ideal if you love to sleep or spend time relaxing in bed.

Charlottenburg is a charming, up-scale neighborhood about 30 minutes west of Berlin City Center. On Pestalozzistraße, you are in a perfect location with a shopping center nearby, as well as lots of bars and restaurants. There is plenty to do and see on the streets surrounding you, but you are also well-connected to the rest of Berlin by public transport.

Please note that many apartments in this building are furnished identically, and therefore Spotahome is using the photo set from one rentable unit to represent multiple units in the building. The only notable difference between units in this building are in total area and which floor they are located on.
