Located in the posh district of Charlottenburg is this elegant 1-bedroom apartment available for rent. The 49 m² apartment has wood flooring, high ceilings, and beautiful decor. The main room is an open-plan kitchen and living room that creates a cozy space to relax and entertain. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the living room comes furnished with a couch, round dining table, and flat-screen TV. There is also a cozy bedroom and a modern bathroom.
Charlottenburg is a charming, up-scale neighborhood about 30 minutes west of Berlin City Center. On Pestalozzistraße, you are in a perfect location with a shopping center nearby, as well as lots of bars and restaurants. There is plenty to do and see on the streets surrounding you, but you are also well-connected to the rest of Berlin by public transport.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very well-decorated and looks brand new.
- The high ceilings make the rooms feels bigger.
- Modern amenities include central heating and huge flat-screen TV.
- You have a big shopping center right around the corner.
