Located in a quiet courtyard on Hermannstraße this 35 m², 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for an individual or couple. The cozy apartment opens up into a small corridor which leads you to the bathroom and kitchen on the right and the large bedroom straight ahead. All the rooms have windows looking into the courtyard providing plenty of sunlight and fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a small table for 2.

Neukölln is an up-and-coming neighborhood located about 20 minutes south of Berlin City Center. Located just 1 minute away from a Boddinstraße U-bahn station you are very well-connected by public transport. Right outside your door, you have a long street that is lined with grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, and coffee shops. You will also find restaurants, a cinema, and a shopping center within a short walk of the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • The bedroom is a bright and spacious room.
  • Right outside your door you have all your basic amenities and a U-bahn station.
  • You also have a shopping center just a 10-minute walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a small step leading to the shower in the bathroom.
