This 41 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in the central district of Mitte is perfect for an individual or couple. There is a bright and open main room which serves as a kitchen and living room with big windows and stylish furnishings. Upon entering the main room, you have the fully equipped kitchen on one wall with integrated appliances. There is a cozy couch and bar table with stools, as well as a coffee table and shelving.
Mitte is one Berlin's popular neighborhoods due to its central location. On Mulackstraße, you have several shops and restaurants right outside your door. If you enjoy spending time outdoors, you can also take advantage of several small parks in the area. You are also very well-connected with 2 metro stops about 5 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- There is central heating to keep you warm and cozy.
- The apartment has big windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- We love the 2 sinks in the bathroom – great for couples!
- You have several trams and U-bahn stations nearby.
