The apartment boasts an excellent central location, just 2 minutes from Jannowitzbrücke station and the Spree River. Alexanderplatz is 10 minutes away on foot, and you will find plenty to explore nearby, including a movie theatre, museums, and cultural attractions.

- The balcony offers beautiful panoramic views from the 11th floor.
