The property has beautiful wood floors throughout and a sizable living room where you will find a comfy couch and armchair, a TV where you can watch your favorite shows and a dining table with room for 4 people to share a meal. The modern kitchen comes equipped with what you need to cook and there is a "loft-bed" on a mezzanine level, perfect for when you have guests over.
The property is located in the fashionable area of Charlottenburg, right around the corner from the tranquil lake Lietzensee. You will be able to find shops for all your daily needs here and there are some nice restaurants and bars in the neighbouring streets for you to try.
