This 107 m², 2-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Pankow, Berlin. The living room has a large sofa that comes complete with footrests, and a flat-screen television so you can relax after a day at work. The room also opens up onto a private balcony with a view of the pedestrianised street. There is a fully-equipped kitchen which has an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, and a separate laundry room has a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. The master bedroom has a comfy double bed and an en-suite bathroom while the study, which comes furnished with desks and a sofa-bed can be used as a second bedroom.
The apartment is located on a quiet and residential street, but there is a small supermarket around a 7-minute walk away. There is also a bus and tram stop, so you can easily get around the rest of Berlin.
