This stylish 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Herrnhuter Weg, Neukölln, is a beautifully decorated apartment. This 43 m² property is equipped with an open-plan kitchen and living area, bathroom, separate laundry closet, double bedroom, and a balcony.
Located in the Neukölln area, this apartment is just outside of the heart of Berlin. With easy access to public transport, getting into the city centre is quick and easy. This property is just a short walk from a range of restaurants and cafés, as well as the Centre for Contemporary Art, and the Rollberg Kino cinema.
What we liked the most
- The living room is very spacious, and is equipped with a desk, shelving, as well as a large sofa and a table and chairs, and access to the balcony.
- The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped with everything that you need to cook.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and shower.
- The bedroom has a large double bed and wardrobe with plenty of storage.
- The washing machine is in a separate storage closet, allowing for more storage space in the kitchen.
- The apartment is within close walking distance of the Metro station.
Things to keep in mind
- The balcony overlooks the street, and because the apartment is only on the 1st floor, it isn't very private.
- Smoking is permitted on the balcony.
