This 1-bedroom apartment on Badensche Straße, in Wilmersdorf, is nicely decorated and modern. The kitchen in the 35 m² is fully equipped, and there is also a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, 7 minutes on foot from the U-Bahn. The Campus Schöneberg of the University of Economics and Law is located nearby, and you will find shops, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance.
