The living and dining rooms are combined. The space features two tall windows and wood floors, and is furnished with a sofa, chaise, and dining table. Wood flooring continues into the double bedroom, which also has a tall, wonderful window.
Moabit isn’t a hidden jewel, but it is a gem of a neighborhood. And it’s your new home. Berlin center is a 10-minute Metro ride from your new home. But you don’t need to go downtown for much. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The canals and the Spree are close. Otto Park is a few minutes away and Fritz-Schloss Park offers swimming, tennis, and relaxation.
