The single bathroom has a shower stall, and also includes the washing machine. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room has 2 tall windows and wood floors. It’s well-furnished and the kitchen is equipped. The double bedrooms get lots of light, but also have curtains to block the sun so that you can sleep-in on the weekends.
Your new home is in the Berlin neighborhood of Moabit. It’s a bit of a walk to get downtown, but it’s only a 10-minute transit ride. You’re close enough to the action, but living in a stress-free zone. And it's just minutes from the Spree River and close to a number of lovely parks. It’s a diverse neighborhood. Although it's a little rough around the edges, it’s becoming trendier and trendier by the day.
