The room has wood floors, but the kitchen space is tiled and slightly raised, so watch your step! Otherwise, it has a handsome, modern decor, and the sleek kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has funky floor tiles and a relaxing tub. The bedroom is absolutely huge. Wood floors continue into this space, which has 2 windows, a double bed, and a 3-door wardrobe.
Moabit is an unpretentious neighborhood. It never pretends to be anything other than what it is. Its industrial roots can be seen throughout the streets. There is a large immigrant population and plenty of ethnic grocery stores and restaurants. It’s also alternative and artsy. You’ll find wonderful little art galleries and thrilling performance spaces, like Grips Theater and Kulturfabrik. It’s 15 minutes away from downtown, too. This makes it an ideal spot to live.
