This stylish apartment with 1-bedroom is for rent on Helmholtzstraße in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. There is a double bed in the bedroom, as well as a standalone wardrobe so there is space for your belongings. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven and half-sized refrigerator, while the spacious living room has a sofa, table and chairs and windows to let in plenty of natural light.
When you have a chance, the wonderful Charlottenburg Palace is worth a visit and is only a half-hour walk away from this apartment. The gardens around the Palace are also a great place to soak up some of the summer sun. After a day exploring you're bound to be hungry - luckily there are a handful of great restaurants close to this apartment.
What we liked the most
- For the students - the Berlin Institute of Technology is only a 20-minute walk away.
- The apartment is close to public transport, so you can get to the centre of Berlin in around 30-minutes.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- This is a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator.
- Although there is an oven in the kitchen there is no microwave.
