This is a bright 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for rent on Helmholtzstraße in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. There are plenty of windows to let in sunlight in this apartment. It has a spacious living room with a TV, sofa, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove. A dining area is also found in the kitchen, which is great to sit and have a quick bite. The bedrooms both have double beds, the larger of which has access to a beautiful balcony area. This is an ideal spot for sipping on your morning coffee with a good book. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, a bath tub, two sinks, a washing machine, and a drying rack. The entire apartment has lovely hardwood floors and high ceilings.

Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf is one of Berlin's classiest and most elite neighborhoods. If you like being outdoors in your free time, you'll love living next to the Spree where you can walk along the river's edge. There are also several shops and supermarkets within walking distance. There's even a gym, TU-Sportzentrum.
