This renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has modern furnishings throughout and is for rent on Helmholtzstraße in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. The kitchen has an oven and 4-burner stove as well as stylish tiling, while the bedroom has a double bed and window with a street view.
For those of you coming to Berlin to study you'll be pleased to know the Berlin Institute of Technology is within a 20-minute walk. If you're looking for something to do on the weekend, or you're here to see the sights, the Charlottenburg Palace is easily accessible by bus.
What we liked the most
- There is a balcony with a fabulous view of the surrounding city which can be accessed from the living room.
- This apartment has heating to keep you warm in the cooler months.
- There is a standalone wardrobe in the bedroom so you have somewhere for your belongings.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook up a storm including plates and pots.
- This apartment is close to public transport so if you need to travel around Berlin it will be nice and easy.
Things to keep in mind
- This is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator, but at least you won't need a gym membership with those stairs!
- There is no AC in this apartment
