This 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is not only a stylish and well-decorated property, but it is located in the central district of Mitte. The 97 m² property's main room is the big open-concept kitchen and living room. The room opens up onto a balcony providing beautiful street views and keeping it bright and fresh. The room has an equipped modern kitchen on one wall, a long wooden dining table at its center, and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV.
On Schwedter Straße, the apartment is in a great location surrounded by everything Mitte has to offer. You are surrounded by tree-lined streets, small parks, shops, bars, and restaurants. You can also find plenty of cultural centers nearby. When you need to move around, you are also very well-connected by public transportation.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very well-furnished.
- We love the cozy reading corner in the corridor.
- Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom.
- You are in central Berlin.

- Bedroom 2 is furnished as an office with a couch and desk.
