There are rooms for rent in this chic 46 m², multi-story 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a live-in landlady in Steglitz-Zehlendorf. This beautiful apartment comes with all the essential, modern appliances including a washing machine, TV and dishwasher.
This apartment is located a little outside of central Berlin, but there are still plenty of shops and restaurants within a half hour walk. This apartment is also very close to Schweizerhofpark, which is the perfect place to relax in the summer sun.
What we liked the most
- The modern, open-plan kitchen and living room is expertly decorated, and the perfect place to relax after a long day.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The bathrooms are modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- The live-in landlady occasionally has relatives stay at the property as well.
