There are only two shared rooms in this space: the kitchen and the bathroom. Natural light spills into the fully-equipped kitchen from a large window. All the appliances are modern and there is ample cupboard space. It’s furnished with a 4-seat dining table where you can eat or socialize. The shared bathroom has a tub. In addition, the property has a washing machine for tenants to use.
Moabit is a residential area bordered by canals and the Spree River. In fact, you’re just a 10-minute walk north of the Spree. And this means you aren’t far from a range of multicultural restaurants, shops, and even a casino. Although residential, the neighborhood has an artistic element. Sandra Bürgel art gallery is just down the street. Kulturfabrik Moabit is the local hangout for everything from theater and concerts to film showings and parties. Want some downtime?
