In this apartment, you will be welcomed by the incredible living room. The area looks like a lounge from a really nice hotel. There are several places within the living room where you can sit and enjoy because it is THAT spacious. It has a TV space, a sofa space and even small space that has a gym equipment. The living room also leads the way to the beautiful balcony space which is furnished with two comfortable looking chairs and a wooden floor. It has great view of the neighbourhood street. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There are 2 bathroom available. If you decide to move-in in this incredible apartment, you will be living with the landlord and his brother who seem like incredible people!
If all this was not enough, the apartment is located in a great place! The iconic Tiergarten is located 10 minutes by bus. There are several museums and art galleries close by such as the SAFN which is located 3 minutes away, by foot and Braun-Sammlung Ettel Museum located 7 minutes away, by foot. The location is perfect for students studying in Technishce Universität Berlin as it is located only 15 minutes away, by bus.
What we liked the most
- We love the incredible and spacious living room, it has everything anyone could ask for.
- The balcony is a great place to enjoy the sun and read a book or hang out with friends.
- The rooms are spacious and have door-sized windows which provide a lot of natural light.
- The location is great as it is surrounded by the river, parks and cultural hubs.
