This tidy studio apartment is for rent on Bärbel-Bohley-Ring in Mitte. The 20.5 m² footprint includes a kitchen with a microwave, and bathroom with shower, as well as a desk and single bed. There is also a large common kitchen and living room in this apartment building.
There is a supermarket within a 20-minute walk of this apartment, and the Gesundbrunnen-Center mall is just a little further so you don't need to go far for the essentials. Mauerpark and Volkspark Humboldthain are both nearby as well, and are great places to explore or get some exercise.
What we liked the most
- There is a wardrobe as well as some shelving in the studio apartment, so there is plenty of space for your belongings.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a window to let in plenty of natural light.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine and dryer are located in the common laundry room.
- There is heating but no AC.
