- If the above is not completed within those 7 days, the Landlord reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- A copy of the school or university enrollment letter must be send to the Landlord in order to prove student status.
- Security deposit and payment requirements:
- European guarantor only: €1542
- International (non-European) guarantors only: must transfer the full amount of your booked stay (except for the 1st month's rent) along with the deposit to the Landlord
- Your security deposit might be less than the indicated amount. Your deposit will vary depending on the size of your studio and where it is located in the building. The landlord will let you know your deposit when they provide your tenancy agreement and it might be a lower price.
