There are rooms for rent in this modern 5-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with a generous 110 m² footprint on Friedrichstraße in Mitte. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of cupboard and bench space, as well as an oven so you can cook up a storm. The bathroom is tidy with a shower over a bath, sink and toilet. There is also an additional, separate toilet for added convenience.
Over summer, you can walk to Großer Tiergarten and enjoy all that lovely sunshine. On the way to the park you can always grab a bite to eat at one of the nearby cafes or restaurants. If the weather isn't good enough to enjoy a day outside, you can always satisfy your inner shopaholic with a visit to the nearby Mall of Berlin.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a bright room with a single bed, and a desk so you can get some work done in the privacy of your own room. There is also a standalone wardrobe, and a balcony which is accessed through a windowed door to let in plenty of natural light to the room.

What we liked the most
- If you're studying in Berlin you'll be pleased to know that the Humboldt University of Berlin is just over a 10-minute walk away.
- There is a balcony which can be accessed from the kitchen, and has a great view of the street.
- There is public transport close to this apartment if you need to travel around Berlin.
- This is a 7th floor apartment with an elevator, so you won't need to carry your things up all those stairs!
- There is everything you need to cook in the kitchen, right down to the pots and pans.
Things to keep in mind
- There is currently no Wi-Fi, however, it will be installed and working in August.
- This apartment has a washing machine but no dryer, so you will need to hang your clothes up to dry.
- Although there is heating there is no AC in this apartment.
