A 44 m² studio apartment is available to rent on Thaerstraße in Friedrichshain. It comprises a very modern kitchen area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a gorgeous double bedroom area with a balcony.
Freidrichshain is a varied district, with trendy areas full of bars and clubs, and quiet, residential areas rubbing shoulders. This apartment is in an area somewhere in between those two extremes, with plenty of local shopping available, plus restaurants, cafes, and a few bars on the main roads, but quieter on the smaller streets. There are also several parks within just a few minute's walk.
What we liked the most
- We love the sun-filled bedroom which has its own cosy balcony.
- The decor throughout is high quality and contemporary.
- This studio has a lot of space, making it feel more like a 1-bedroom apartment.
- You can easily reach Alexanderplatz from the nearby U-Bahn station.
- You will have access to great communal areas, including:

- A large terrace to relax in the sun
- A communal barbecue so you can get to know your neighbours in style
