This studio apartment evokes the feel of a New York loft, with its huge space, and the industrial look to its exposed concrete walls. Very contemporary, open, and well-equipped, the studio is a blank canvas to imprint your personality onto, or to leave stark, cool, and modern as you wish.

Berlin is your playground from this location. Tram and U-bahn are just a few moments away, and you can reach Alexanderplatz in less than 15 minutes. Visit the bars and cafes around Bersinplatz for the local life, or take a walk to Volkspark Friedrichshain to enjoy the open space and greenery.

What we liked the most

  • With 3 sets of double doors opening out to the sky, the apartment will be lovely and cool in the summer, and always brightly lit.
  • The fittings throughout are modern and brand-new and absolutely spotless.
  • Living in this building you also have use of the terrace with a barbecue, a communal laundry room, and even a communal bar!
  • Everything you need for day-to-day life can be found within moment of the house...
  • ...for everything else, it's just a quick journey on tram or U-bahn.
