You'll love this 45 m² studio apartment with a balcony, we're sure of it! The apartment is decorated with care and style, with brand-new, contemporary fittings throughout. The main living area is very spacious, and includes a huge double bed and a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and even a big, comfortable couch. The kitchen, like the rest of the apartment is immaculate, and is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher. Best of all, it has access to the balcony, which overlooks the street.
The property is available for rent on Krossener Straße, right in the heart of Freidrichshain, one of Berlin's most trendy districts. You will be less than 1 minute's walk from Boxhagener Platz, a large grassy square, which holds regular markets at the weekend, and is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars.
What we liked the most
- It's clear that the studio is brand new, and that care has been put into designing a comfortable place to live.
- The apartment has wooden floors throughout, and very stylish decor.
- Living in the heart of Freidrichshain is a foodie paradise! There are hundreds of restaurants and cafes to choose from nearby.
- Transport connections from here are great, bringing you to Alexanderplatz in just a few minutes, and lots of other destinations!
