This is a very modern and stylish studio apartment, available to rent on Liselotte-Herrmann-Straße in Prenzlauer Berg. The 35 m² apartment has a large living room / bedroom area, with a double bed and a comfortable sofa, plus storage space for your belongings. The kitchen is slightly separated from the main space, making the apartment feel larger.
Prenzlauer Berg is one of the most popular parts of the city, and you'll be right in the heart of it. For bars and restuaratns you'll only need to walk a minute or 2 to Hufelandstraße, where you'll also find local shopping and other amenities. There are Lidl and Denn's Biomarkt grocery stores nearby. And you'll be only a couple of minute's walk from the beloved Volkspark Friedrichshain. What a location!
What we liked the most
- All of the fittings and furnishings are new, stylish, and contemporary.
- The apartment has a lovely polished wood floor.
- Everything you will need for day -to day life can be found within moments of the apartment.
- Nearby you can visit the quaint and cosy Yorck-Kino cinema. It's very popular, and puts on a range of indie and foreign-language films.
