The balcony overlooks a beautiful private-terrace, which has a lovely little play area. There is a large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom that has plenty of space for storage, so you can really make the most of the space available to you.
The property is located on Köpenicker Straße in Mitte, Berlin. This property is great for commuters as it is really well connected with the rest of Berlin, with multiple U-Ban stations within walking distance. You can also arrive in the city centre within 10 minutes by bus, and if you want to save bus fare, you can walk in 25 minutes, who needs a gym pass? The surrounding area slso has a great variety of shops, supermarkets, bars and nightclubs, so you'll never be bored living here.
