This spacious studio apartment on Wöhlertstraße, Mitte, covers an area of 50 m² and comes equipped with central heating. The modern property is furnished with a double bed, television, sofa, and also has a kitchen with a washing machine and a dining table.
The apartment is located on a nice residential street, around the corner from Park am Nordbahnhof, and close to shops, restaurants and other amenities. The area is also very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is nicely decorated and welcoming.
- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove and dishwasher.
- There are 2 windows that let in natural light.
- The bathroom is nicely tiled and has a bathtub.
- There is plenty of storage space throughout
