This lovely studio apartment is the perfect size for one or two people to live simply and comfortably. The bathroom is spacious and has a large bathtub, and the kitchen has a big fridge and an electric stove. Hardwood floors make the living area warm and inviting, and large windows look out over a quiet interior patio. It features a double bed, plenty of storage space, a standalone wardrobe, and two desks.
This apartment is located in a lively area with vibrant nightlife; in fact, it's just steps away from the Krass Böser Wolf cocktail bar and the Wilden Renate nightclub. It's also right across the street from the shores of the Spree river, and a few blocks from the Lasker-Sportanlage stadium. For your daily needs, you'll find a Lidl supermarket just 5 minutes away on foot. And make sure you check out Sake Kontor, a shop right around the corner specializing in Japanese sake.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is just large enough to give you everything you need in a compact and well-organized space.
- The two desks allow the bedroom and living area to function as an office as well.
- Because it faces an interior patio, the apartment is quiet and peaceful despite its central location.
- It includes a great sound system for those times when you'd rather make some noise!
