Spotahome's opinion
This is a classy and modern studio apartment for rent North-East of Berlin. The living area is spacious and has a television, 2nd floor balcony and eating area. The kitchen is in a separate room, and comes fully equipped with all the expected goods! You also get a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer to save any inconvenience. The utilities can be found in the bathroom, which has a bath/shower and is also separate from the living and sleeping area.
The property is near two major parks - Kollwitzplatz and Volkspark Friedrichshain, and is surrounded by a number of other 'green' areas nearby. If you want an otherworldly experience, the planetarium is just 1km away.
