If you want a home in a quiet area close to downtown, then this peaceful studio apartment to rent on Pistorius Strasse will suit you. Entering into a small vestibule you’ll find a closet and built-in wardrobe to the left and the full bathroom with a shower stall and washing machine to the right. Directly in front of the door is the open-concept space, furnished with a chest of drawers, two single beds and a TV. The equipped kitchen is separated from the space by a dining bar with two stools. With three decent-sized windows, you’ll get ample natural light in this cozy studio.
This apartment in Pankow is close to Prenzlauer Berg where you’ll find Rykestrasse Synagogue, which is Germany’s largest. While you’re only a street over from the posh bars and cafés this borough offers, you’re also close to Weissensee, which is a quieter and less populated part of Pankow. The immediate area offers a park, as well as a lake where you can find a bit of quiet in an otherwise densely populated spot. You’ll find a few cafés and restaurants as well as hair salons, gyms and banks around the corner from your new home and there is a Lidl supermarket within an 8-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- Three windows make the space feel bright and spacious.
- You don’t have to go far to get all your shopping done, since there are a couple of grocery stores just a few minutes away.
- Relaxing is easy when Weissenseer Park, a beautiful little spot with a lake, is just a 20-minute walk away.
- There's plenty of storage space throughout the apartment to keep it neat and tidy.
