This 45 m² studio apartment available to rent is a stylish and modern home located in the lively Friedrichshain neighborhood. The studio has a spacious main room that creates a very comfortable bedroom and living room area. There is a big double bed, large wardrobe, couch, and small dining table. The kitchen area comes fully equipped and has a sleek black and wood design. The big windows and small balcony fill the studio with plenty of natural light and provide charming views of the area.
Friedrichshain is a popular neighborhood with young professionals and students for it's bohemian and trendy atmosphere. Located on Krossener Straße, you will experience it firsthand with an endless amount of bars, restaurants, and cafes to choose from – just on your street. If you enjoy spending time outdoors, you can also take advantage of the nearby park. With a U-bahn station less than 10 minutes away and several bus and tram stops nearby, you are very well-connected to the rest of Berlin.
