A gorgeous studio apartment with an enormous balcony is available to rent nearby the Berlin city center in Tiergarten. The main room is spacious with lots of natural light, and it has 2 sofas, a double bed, a TV, and plenty of storage and shelving space. There is a trendy bar area in the kitchen, as well as an oven, a dishwasher, and a 4-burner stove. The bathroom is clean, and it has a washing machine with a dryer option for you to use.
Tiergarten is one of Berlin's most central neighborhoods. Around the apartment are several embassies and consulates, as well as the large Tiergarten Park, which is just a 5-minute walk from the property. There is also a bus stop right on the street outside the building, which you can take down to the nearest metro station-- as well as all the shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes in that area.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is sunny and modern.
- The balcony is beautiful!
- The enormous Tiergarten Park is a short walk from the apartment.
- The washing machine also has a dryer function-- perfect for drying clothes and sheets during the wintertime.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-fi is not currently installed in the apartment. The landlord can install it for you at an additional cost.
- Smoking is permitted, but only on the balcony.
