This studio apartment available to rent in Prenzlauer Berg is a stylish and modern property in a historical building. With separate kitchen and bedroom areas, the 40 m² studio is quite spacious and feels more like a 1-bedroom apartment. The bedroom area has big windows and opens up onto a large balcony overlooking a beautiful park. The layout allows for a double bed, a large bathroom, a built-in wardrobe, and a new and fully-equipped kitchen.
Prenzlauer Berg is a lively district located in East Berlin. On Naugarder Straße, you are conveniently across the street from a grocery store and bakery and have a shopping center a short walk away. The area has plenty of small parks and is also known for having great nightlife options. When you want to move around, you are well-connected by tram and the S-bahn.
What we liked the most
- Our homechecker, Valentina, loves the view from the balcony.
- Every corner is used to make the most of the space available.
- The washing machine can also be used as a dryer.
- You have great S-bahn connections all over the city.
