The apartment is located in a beautiful part of Berlin, away from the city centre but surrounded by nature. The beautiful Seddinsee lake is just steps from your front door, and you can walk to the local shopping centre in 5 minutes.

- There is a desk and office chair, ideal to use as a home office.

- You can access a beautiful lakeside beach and forest nearby.
- The area offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
