This contemporary and cosy studio is located within a well-quipped apartment complex where you will have a kitchen with a stove, fridge and microwave. There are also some great common areas where you can get to know your neighbours and hang out with people from all over the world.
The property is located in a lively and popular area where you will be within walking distance of the famous East Side Gallery, the vast and beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain as well as some of the coolest nightlife in Europe. You will also be very centrally located with many of the City's most famous sites within walking distance, or just a quick train ride away. There are a few supermarkets down the road and the streets right outside have some friendly restaurants for those nights when you can't be bothered to cook.

What we liked the most
- The common areas are modern and offer a great place to hang out with your new neighbours.
- Friedrichshain is one of Berlin's trendiest and most vibrant districts.
- The well-served Warschauer Straße railways station is only 4 minutes away, so you can easily travel all over Berlin.
Things to keep in mind
- The studios in this property are all located on different floors, but there is an elevator so you can easily move between them.
- The washing machines and dryers are shared between all tenants of the building. However, the laundrette is spacious and has many machines for you to use.

- The Frankfurter Tor station is only a few steps from your door. From there you can get the U5, trams 21 and M10 as well as the 21 and N5 bus services.
- You can also take a 6-minute walk to the well-served Berlin Warschauer Straße station. It is on 5 different S-bahn lines and the U1.
