This studio apartment to rent on Wolliner Strasse is stylish and bright. With the exception of the bathroom, which is tiled, there are gorgeous wood floors throughout. The bathroom, which has a tub, is located in the corridor near the front door. It’s spacious and modern, and you’ll find a washer and dryer here. The rest of the apartment is a contemporary open space with 2 wide and tall windows. The one-wall kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area is furnished with a beautiful wood table with chairs. The living area is furnished with a comfy chair and fantastic sofa with a chaise. There is also a large flat screen TV and a desk and chair. Hidden around the corner is a double bed and a large wardrobe.
You can expect low-key and relaxing life when living in Mitte. Your new apartment overlooks a quiet street and the neighborhood is largely residential. Nearby, there are a number of parks that you can enjoy. Mauerpark, which is 4 minutes away, is the closest. It also offers a few activities at the Max-Schmeling-Halle arena, which is on the grounds. Also close to your new home is an open air museum and there are 2 flea markets too. A 4-minute walk south will take you to the Edeka supermarket. You’ll discover a couple of coffee shops and restaurants around the corner. If you enjoy yoga, getting a work out or watching movies, a 10-minute walk toward Weinbergspark will get you to a health club, cinema and yoga studio.
What we liked the most
- Modern, bright and comfortable, you’ll find it easy to settle right into this gorgeous studio.
- Although a quiet neighborhood, you’ll find tons of things to keep you busy and entertained.
- There are a number of cafés, restaurants and cocktail bars within a 15-minute walk.
- If you enjoy green space, then you’ll love being located close to a few wonderful parks.
