This ground floor studio apartment to rent on Fehmarner Straße has tall ceilings and windows with a view of the interior courtyard. The bathroom, which has been renovated in a modern style, has a tub and a heated towel rack. There is a short hall leading from the front door to the main living area, which has beautiful wood flooring. There is an elegance and warmth to the area, which is furnished with a large sofa, TV, a bed with curtains, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. From here you can access the closed kitchen. It is fully equipped with ample storage and counter space. Also, there is a dining table with chairs near the window, which has a courtyard view.
If you enjoy the water, green spaces and a multicultural atmosphere, you’ll fit right into the Wedding neighborhood. Your new home is less than 6 minutes away from the canal front and Sprengelpark. Although it is largely a residential area, there is no lack of things to keep you entertained. You’re next door to a small art gallery called Milchmeergalerie. You are also 5 minutes from the Monis-Sexkino movie theater and the Atze Musiktheater. Students will enjoy being a few minutes away from the Charité Campus university hospital and a 12-minute walk from Beuth University of Applied Sciences. You don’t have to worry about finding groceries or places to eat in this area. There are dozens of restaurants and a few different markets nearby.

- Wood floors, high ceilings and modern decor make this an elegant feeling apartment.
- You can find African and Asian products at a couple of small grocery stores around the corner.
- The apartment is just 1-minute away from two bakeries.
- You can walk to the canal or park in less than 10 minutes.
