This 4th floor studio apartment for rent on Manteuffelstrasse is a quiet space with lots of light. The main living area is an L-shaped, open-plan space. Your double bed is in the little nook, and there is a rack to hang your clothes. The rest of the area is furnished with a 4-seat dining table and a cabinet with a TV. The kitchen occupies its own space. It’s equipped with a fridge, stove, and oven, as well as a dishwasher. The bathroom, which has a shower cabinet, also includes a washing machine. And as a bonus, the apartment has gorgeous floors, lots of light, and a balcony, too!
Tempelhof is close enough to the city that you can still hear its pulse. But it’s far enough away from downtown that you can de-stress in a number of lovely parks and squares. Mariannenplatz is a 19th century square that’s 5 minutes down the street. At Freiluftkino Kreuzberg cinema, just on the other side of the square, you can catch a movie. Privatclub, a retro venue with live music, is 10 minutes away. You’ll find a few restaurants and cocktail bars close to the Danube. But there are also a few around the Multi-Kulti Supermarkt, which is a 5-minute walk away.

- There is a cute little balcony.
- The comfortable living and sleeping area is nice and bright and well furnished with a double bed, sofa, and dining table.
